Bobby Branscum

Bobby Branscum holds an MBA and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Branscum currently serves as the Director of Compensation at The Chickasaw Nation, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources for the Central Region within the Chickasaw Nation's Department of Interior Services. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist at Riverwind Casino, and earlier positions in the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce, culminating in an internship and serving as Special Assistant to the Chief HR Officer. Prior experience includes customer service roles at Prepaid Legal Services, Inc., where Branscum advanced from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Trainer.
