David Kontra

David Kontra, MBA, is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Senior Director of Real Estate at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the hospital's real estate function and managing the enterprise portfolio. Prior to this role, David held the position of President at the Philadelphia Chapter of CoreNet Global from January 2018 to December 2021 and accumulated extensive experience at GE from June 2001 to September 2021 in various capacities including Global Real Estate Leader for M&A and Transformation Leader for Real Estate. David's early career included a managerial role at Accenture and a position as Real Estate Manager at General Electric.
