Debra Geiger

Debra Geiger is a healthcare professional with 30 years of progressive leadership experience in diverse areas such as human resources management, ambulatory operations, revenue cycle management, and patient access. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities Integration at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since March 2008, Debra has held several leadership roles, including Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations Design & Integration and Manager of Enterprise Improvement, where Debra manages enterprise-level portfolios of clinical and non-clinical work. Additionally, Debra previously worked as a Principal Improvement Advisor, focusing on organizational operations improvement and leading strategic initiatives. Prior to their tenure at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Debra held positions at GE Healthcare and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, including Director of Ambulatory Scheduling Operations. Debra holds a Master of Health Services degree from Lincoln University.
