Sophia Holder

Sophia Holder is the current Assistant Treasurer at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Sophia has held various finance-related positions at different companies throughout their career.

Sophia started their career as an intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1992. Sophia then became a Senior Associate at the firm from 1994 to 1997. In 1997, they left to join Partners HealthCare as their Financial Manager. Sophia remained in that role until 2008 when they moved to The University of Vermont Medical Center as their Vice President of Finance. Sophia stayed with the company until 2014 when they accepted a position as Vice President of Finance at Boston Children's Hospital.

In 2017, Sophia also became a Board Member for MassHire Downtown Boston Career Center and held that role until 2021. Additionally, from September 2020 to March 2021, they were a Board Member for Boston MedFlight.

Sophia's experience and successes in finance have led their to their current role as Assistant Treasurer at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a position they have held since April 2021.

Sophia Holder has a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business Admin from Boston University. Sophia also has certification from Boston Children's Hospital in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB).
