Kristin Littrell

Kristin Littrell, CFRE, is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Philanthropic Communications and Engagement at Children's Mercy Kansas City since May 2019. In this role, Kristin leads a philanthropic communications team focused on creating content and branding strategies that enhance the organization's visibility and support. Additionally, Kristin oversees a community engagement team to promote cause marketing and grassroots fundraising initiatives. As a Communications Consultant since April 2010, Kristin has worked with a range of clients, including large international development organizations and local charter schools, developing comprehensive communications and marketing strategies. Prior experience includes leadership roles in communications at St. Paul's Episcopal Day School and Unbound, as well as marketing coordination at Burns & McDonnell. Kristin holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Kansas State University, emphasizing public relations.
