Michael Simonds

Michael Simonds, STSC, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and business development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at The Christman Company since November 2024, Michael previously held the position of Pre-Construction Manager at AVB from December 2022 to November 2024. Prior to that, a Construction Manager for CSM Group was also part of Michael's career, along with notable roles such as Senior Project Manager at Kalamazoo Mechanical, Inc. and Director of Business Development at Mall City Mechanical, Inc. Throughout the years, Michael contributed significantly to various companies, including Pro Services, Inc. as Vice President of Industrial Sales and held a military background as a Senior Airman with the United States Air Force. Michael's educational credentials include Associates Degrees in Construction Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
