Caroline Armitage

Caroline Armitage is an experienced legal adviser and charity leader, currently serving as Assistant Curate for The Church of England since July 2022. Caroline holds positions as Chair for Raven Housing Trust and was previously Chair of Trustees for Livability UK. As a Consultant Solicitor at Girlings Solicitors since February 2015, Caroline provides strategic legal advice to SMEs, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Caroline also has a significant background in interim management and governance through Avocet Consulting Limited and has held leadership roles including Chair for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Chief Executive of the Royal Blind Society. Caroline's educational background includes degrees in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Arts in Ministry and Theology from St Augustine’s College of Theology.
