Jane Osborne

Jane Osborne is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in management and leadership. Since September 2013, Jane has served as a Licensed Lay Minister for The Church of England, where theological training has enabled the conduction of funerals and the delivery of sermons. Concurrently, Jane has been with GE Capital since April 2002, focusing on learning and development while leveraging expertise in team management and project oversight. Prior roles from September 1994 to April 2002 included Head of Operations and Regional Learning & Development Manager across various companies, demonstrating skills in operations management and employee development. Jane’s career began at Lloyds Bank from June 1982 to November 1994, where notable achievements as a Branch Manager included meeting employee and business targets. Jane's formal education was completed at Poltair School from 1978 to 1982.
