Joe Pavey is a seasoned professional in worship and production ministry, currently serving as the Worship & Production Pastor at The Church of England since September 2022, where collaboration with multiple church sites is key. Prior experience includes serving as a Worship & Digital Production Specialist at Wycliffe Baptist Church, focusing on event management, volunteer recruitment, and online engagement. Joe's background also includes recruitment consultancy roles, brand promotion, and a variety of leadership positions in educational and community settings. An alumnus of the University of Reading with a BA in English Language and Applied Linguistics, Joe further enhanced expertise with an MA Intensive Short Course in Multicultural Worship from All Nations Christian College.
