Paolo di Leo

Paolo Di Leo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both religious and business sectors. Currently serving as the Rector of The United Benefice of Sharnbrook, Felmersham, Radwell with Knotting and Souldrop since November 2019, Paolo focuses on pastoral care and spiritual guidance. Prior to this role, Paolo held various senior positions, including EMEA Director of Sales at Neverfail and Regional Channel Manager for the UK and Ireland at Akamai Technologies. Other notable positions include Head of Sales at Citrix for Cloud Networking, Managing Director at Fidelio, and CEO at Zeus Technology. Early career roles were with Cisco and SITA/EQUANT, culminating as Operations Director across several departments. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business from The Open University, an MBA in International Management from INSEAD, and a BA Hons in Pastoral Theology and Specialized Ministries from Durham University.
