Tim Kelly

Tim Kelly serves as the Priest in Charge of The Four Towers Benefice in the East Riding of Yorkshire since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tim Kelly had a distinguished academic career at the University of York, holding positions from Honorary Professor and Professor of High Integrity Systems to Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in Critical Systems, where research focused on safety case management and the dependability of complex systems. Tim Kelly also worked as the Assistant Curate at Beverley Minster and as Director of the Safety Critical Systems Club. As Managing Director and Co-Owner of Origin Consulting Ltd, Tim Kelly demonstrated leadership in the safety-critical domain. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Theology, Ministry and Mission from St Hild College, a PhD in Computer Science from the University of York, and a Master of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
