Si Holmes

Si Holmes, MHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Generalist for Seminaries & Institutes at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, starting in December 2024. Prior to this role, Si worked as an HR Generalist at Orbit from May 2022 to December 2024, where significant contributions included managing talent acquisition processes and reducing time-to-hire by 31%. Earlier experience includes positions as a Resident Advocate at Mountain View Health Services, a Front Desk Receptionist at Farr West City, and a Custodial Night Crew Supervisor in the Weber School District.
