Steven Maughan

Steven Maughan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since April 2020, Steven supports Business Intelligence systems encompassing platforms such as SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Data Services, Tableau, and Power BI. Prior to this role, Steven held managerial responsibilities at IBM from April 2016 to September 2019, where mentoring and resource allocation were key focuses, alongside communication with cross-functional teams. In earlier positions at IBM, Steven contributed to complex problem resolution and administration of ServiceNow instances, while a tenure at AT&T from December 2004 to April 2016 involved oversight of commercial web hosting production systems and technical guidance to operational teams.
