Ryan Field

Ryan Field is an accomplished cybersecurity executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Bank of Hawaii since April 2021. In addition to this role, Ryan holds multiple advisory and board positions, including Advisory Board Member at Glilot Capital Partners and member of the Israeli Startup Advisory Network. Ryan is actively involved in the Security Advisor Alliance and The CISO Society, as well as serving on the Global Advisory Board for VigiTrust, contributing to discussions among top security experts worldwide. Previously, Ryan has held senior positions at American Savings Bank, including Senior Vice President roles focusing on technology and information security, where notable achievements included developing private sector cybersecurity programs and implementing a three-year security transformation plan. Ryan's background also includes service as an Information Protection Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from Harvard University and dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Finance from Boston University.
