Mr. Caldwell has extensive experience in producing complex financial models, forecasting short-term cash flows, generating insolvency models, developing cash conservation measures, creating and assessing business plans, analyzing business profitability models, and liquidation analyses. Prior to joining Claro, Mr. Caldwell worked at other reorganization and financial services firms specializing in bankruptcy/restructuring and M&A services.
