Laura Brouwer

Laura Brouwer is an experienced operations and project assistant currently working at People for People Foundation since September 2022. Previously, Laura held various roles at Boeren voor Buren from February 2021 to August 2022, including Logistics and Community Manager, focusing on providing affordable local produce to low-income households in Amsterdam. At the International Health Centre The Hague, from June 2019 to April 2021, Laura served as Manager of Human Resources and was a key member of the Management Team, overseeing HR processes for 110 staff across multiple departments. Additional experience includes roles at Ofgem as Assistant Project Manager, contributing to a significant Randomised Control Trial, and as a Researcher during a Masters internship at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED). Laura's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews and a Master's degree in Climate Change: Environment, Science and Policy from King's College London.
