Julia Denman serves as the Chief Audit and Risk Executive at Microsoft since March 2014, where responsibilities include leading a team that conducts independent assessments of business strategies and operations, overseeing global risk management and compliance, and conducting investigations related to business conduct. Julia Denman reports directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Julia Denman holds positions as Corporate Vice President & CFO for Worldwide Marketing and Consumer Business and Microsoft Devices Group. As a member of the Board of Directors at The Clorox Company since May 2022, Julia Denman brings extensive experience from Procter & Gamble, where roles included Assistant Treasurer and CFO of various divisions, as well as global M&A deal leader. Julia Denman earned a BA and MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and holds the ACMA designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
