Valentina Franco

Valentina Franco is a highly experienced project manager and supply chain professional with a robust background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving at The Clorox Company since January 2020, Valentina has held multiple leadership roles, including Supply Chain Lead and Production Team Lead, after starting as a Global Safety & Environmental Engineer in the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program. Prior experience includes a role as a Supply Chain Lead at PepsiCo, where Valentina successfully managed a team of 20-30 frontline employees to enhance production efficiency. Additionally, Valentina contributed as an International Exchange Program Peer Advisor at Cal Poly College of Engineering, providing guidance to students on study abroad opportunities.
