Operations Team

The Operations Team at The Club at Ibis ensures the seamless day-to-day functioning of the club by managing member services, coordinating events, overseeing sports facilities, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The General Manager/COO leads the team, the Assistant Buyer manages procurement, the Membership Coordinator handles member relations, the Sports Shop Manager supervises retail operations, and Volunteers support various club activities.
