Jeannette Githua

Jeannette Githua has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards for Africa at The Coca-Cola Company since May 2010. Previous roles at the company include Total Rewards Consultant, Total Rewards Analyst for Southern and Eastern Africa, and various HR positions across Central East and West Africa. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Jeannette worked at Randstad USA as an HR Account Manager and Branch HR Assistant from 2003 to 2009. Jeannette began the professional career at National Industrial Credit Bank as an Associate from 1997 to 1999. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Nairobi.
