Sonali Khanna

Sonali Khanna currently serves as the General Counsel for India and South West Asia at The Coca-Cola Company, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sonali was the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretary at Goodyear India Limited from September 2019 to August 2021. Sonali's extensive experience includes serving as AVP-Legal at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited, General Manager-Legal and Company Secretary at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited, and Director-Legal at Hughes Network Systems India Limited. Additionally, Sonali has held positions at Hughes Communications India Ltd. and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited, along with early experience as a trainee at Nestle India Limited. Sonali holds a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Delhi University, and is a Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
