Sophie Mann

Sophie Mann is currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at The Collective UK | B Corp™ since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie was the Global Employee Experience Partner and Employee Experience Specialist at Blis from December 2021 to September 2023. Sophie's experience also includes working as a People Executive at eve sleep from March 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading employee onboarding and managing company-wide initiatives. Additional roles include Digital Marketing Consultant and Junior Consultant at Propel London and Wycombe High School, respectively. Sophie holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of York.
