Julie Carles

Julie Carles is a seasoned finance and human resources professional with significant experience in managerial roles. Currently serving as Directeur financier et ressources humaines at Les Comptoirs de la Bio since January 2022, Julie is responsible for the accounting, fiscal, legal, and social oversight of 79 stores and subsidiaries, and implements management controls in compliance with group standards. Previous roles include Director of Finance and Human Resources at La mie de pain, where Julie managed financial reporting and financing for new projects across 15 owned and 27 franchised bakeries.
