Maria Ackroyd

Maria Ackroyd is a seasoned professional currently serving as Treasurer for the Huddersfield Conservative Association since March 2016. In addition to this role, Maria has been a freelance woodwind specialist, performing as a reed player in various orchestras and bands since September 2001. Furthermore, Maria operates as a designer for Aembroideries, where commissions for designing and creating embroideries have been undertaken since July 1995. Maria's academic background includes a Master's degree in Music Composition and a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Huddersfield, as well as A' Levels in Music, Classical Civilisation, and English Literature from Xaverian College.
