Tracey Burnett-Greenup

Tracey Burnett-Greenup currently serves as the Chief Impact Officer at The Council on Recovery, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Tracey was the Chief Operating Officer at Family Houston from January 2019 to October 2024, focusing on staffing plans, program budget management, and hiring initiatives. Tracey’s extensive career also includes various positions at NETWORK OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDERS INC, where strategic policy initiatives were implemented, and experiences at The University of Texas Medical Branch, enhancing business operations and event coordination. Tracey is currently pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Capella University and holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master's in Clinical Practice Management.
