Jeff Luppinacci

Jeff Lupinacci is a seasoned executive in human resources, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Evolve HR Solutions since March 2023, where services are tailored to meet unique business needs. As an Adjunct Professor at Baylor Executive MBA in Dallas since August 2022, Jeff shares expertise with future leaders. Previously, Jeff held significant roles including Vice President Human Resources and Chief Talent Officer at ALKEGEN, where substantial integration cost synergies were achieved, and Global Head of Talent at Unifrax I LLC, overseeing talent management and development for a large workforce. With extensive experience in human resources and transformational leadership across various organizations, Jeff has a proven track record in driving cultural change and operational improvements in companies such as Sally Beauty, Kimberly-Clark, and Intel. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and an MBA from Willamette University.
