Sonja Flett

Sonja Flett is an experienced Change Manager with a diverse background in organizational change and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving in the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care since October 2024, Sonja has previously held Change Manager roles at The Voak Group, Synergy Group, and The Australian National University. Prior to this, Sonja worked as an Organisational Change Manager and Communications Specialist at PwC Australia, as well as an Engagement Manager at WithYouWithMe, contributing to significant government and corporate projects. Earlier experience includes a role as an Autism Consultant at DXC Technology, focusing on the integration and support of neurodiverse employees. Sonja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies, Human Rights, and Ethics from Queensland University of Technology.
