Pat Navarro

Pat Navarro, MHRM, currently serves as the Director of People at the Council on Foundations, focusing on aligning HR programs with organizational Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion objectives while implementing innovative people initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living, overseeing HR operations for over 700 employees, and managing a team of four direct reports. Additional roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist at ZipRealty and Human Resources Generalist with the Anaheim Ducks, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee benefits, and program coordination.
