Megan Allen

Megan Allen has extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving in the Real Estate, Construction, and Pre-Opening division at The Dog Stop since September 2023, Megan previously held significant positions such as Chief Problem Solver at FranPromise, where consulting and referral services were provided for franchise-related needs. From January 2020 to October 2023, Megan contributed to Heidi Ganahl's Fight Back Foundation as a School Safety Project Volunteer. Prior roles include President of FranProp, LLC, and Chief Operations Officer, as well as Executive Director at The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation. With a background in strategic development at Camp Bow Wow, Megan also has experience as a National Account Sales Manager at American Express Business Finance. Megan's educational foundation includes a degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
