Madison Hong

Madison Hong is an experienced professional in guest relations and fashion industry management. Currently serving in guest relations at Dorchester Collection since June 2024, Madison previously held the position of President of the USC Fashion Industry Association from August 2020 to December 2023, overseeing operations for over 250 members and raising significant funds through organized events. Additional experience includes roles at MGM Resorts International as a Hotel Operations Intern, where knowledge of hotel systems was gained, and as a Global Market Strategist at HYBE, focusing on expanding the K-POP presence globally. Madison also interned at the Senate of Canada, performed administrative tasks, and contributed to numerous fashion projects, including assisting with "Vegan Fashion Week" at LE FRENCHLAB and enhancing sales through targeted marketing as an Overseas Merchandising Intern at Samsung Fashion Division. Madison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
