Glynn Perry is the Founder and Principal of JGP Leadership Advisors, an executive leadership advisory firm specializing in C-Suite development, leadership coaching, and business transformation since February 2021. In addition to this role, Glynn serves on the boards of several organizations, including The DOW Company, Inc., Fortis Solutions Group, and Encore Leadership Advisors. Previously, Glynn held various leadership positions at RR Donnelley, culminating as Chief Supply Chain Officer and EVP Operations, where significant contributions included directing a $3.5 billion business and leading multi-million dollar acquisitions and market vertical growth.
