Christopher Dean has extensive experience in winemaking, holding various positions at Duckhorn Wine Company from March 2015 to the present, culminating in the role of Director of Decoy Production Winemaking. Prior roles at Duckhorn include Production Winemaker, Associate Winemaker, Assistant Winemaker, and Production Assistant. Christopher's earlier experience includes serving as a Cellar and Lab Intern at Mauritson Family Winery from June 2014 to March 2015 and working at Kunde Family Estate from March 2010 to August 2014 as a Tasting Room Representative and later as a Viticulture Technician. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California, Davis, and has a prior educational background at Santa Rosa Junior College from 2009 to 2012.
