Lucy Bolland

Lucy Bolland is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Global Talent Sourcer at The Economist since August 2024. Prior to this role, Lucy held positions as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Formula 1 and a Technical Sourcer focused on User Research at Meta. With a background in design and UX recruitment, Lucy has also worked at Elements Talent Consultancy, where embedded recruiting was pioneered, and at companies such as BCG Digital Ventures and Brilliant Basics. Lucy's career began in 2015 at 3Search, specializing in UX and UI recruitment. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Promotion from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, completed in 2007.
