Richie Holliday

Richie Holliday is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and operations within the recruitment and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at The Edge Partnership since November 2022, Richie previously held a similar role at The Berrick Group from November 2019 to September 2023, focusing on executive search in corporate finance and private equity across Asia-Pacific. Prior to these positions, Richie spent nearly two decades at Morgan McKinley, culminating in the role of Chief Operations Officer for the Asia Pacific region, overseeing multiple offices and solutions for human capital. Early career experience includes serving as a Captain in the British Army and obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from The University of Manchester.
