Lynette Leith is a serving Vice Principal at Hull College. Hull College is a dynamic and vibrant college providing a wide-ranging mix of programmes to young people and adults from all parts of the city. With programmes for school age pupils, programmes for young people, adult education, employability, apprenticeships, ESOL and Higher Education within most subject and skill areas found within the FE sector. Hull therefore serves a diverse and energetic student and employer population.
Lynette is a firm advocate for social inclusion in education and believes that no learner should be less advantaged than another, and that socio-economic factors play a significant role in how and when people engage in education. Owing to this Lynette is keen to deliver inclusive, accessible and innovative education which supports opportunity for all. Aligned to this she believes that the wider curriculum experience is equally important in bringing about positive change enabling young people and adults to flourish in life and work.
Lynette is a serving trustee and Board member at the ETF and sits on the Board of Advisors for the Humber TechWeek.
