The Human Resources and Recruitment team at The Educational Equality Institute is dedicated to attracting, selecting, and retaining passionate individuals who align with the organization's mission of promoting educational equality for marginalized girls. They manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new employees, while also fostering a supportive work environment that empowers staff and volunteers. Through strategic initiatives, this team ensures that the Institute has the right people in place to effectively deliver on its educational programs and support efforts, including the “Together for Ukraine” project.
