Marilene Garceau

Marilene Garceau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international mobility consulting and leadership development. Currently serving as Europe Director at L'effet A since September 2019, Garceau focuses on promoting women's ambition and leadership across organizations in Europe, Asia, and America, overseeing partnerships with over 100 companies and facilitating numerous educational programs. As the President and Founder of Kennedy Garceau, Garceau specializes in expatriation, offering recruitment, cost optimization, and cultural integration services. Additional roles include serving as President and Non-Executive Board Member of the Canadian Women's Group in Paris and a previous Board Member of HEC Montreal Europe Alumni. Garceau has held senior consultant positions at KEA & Partners and Capgemini, managing large-scale projects and operational transformations. Educational qualifications include degrees from ESSEC Business School and HEC Montréal.
