Nathaly Bergevin

Nathaly Bergevin has a diverse background in talent acquisition and change management, currently serving as a Change Management Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at CAE since November 2017. Nathaly's experience includes recruiting roles at Hewitt Équipement Ltée., TES - The Employment Solution, and Genetec, where Nathaly was a Senior Counselor in Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Nathaly participated in the "Défi 100 jours de l'Effet A" at L'effet A since September 2021. With a strong foundation in medical biology from Université de Montréal, where Nathaly earned a BSc from 1998 to 2001, Nathaly has developed expertise in HR and recruitment throughout a career that spans over two decades, including a significant tenure at Pratt & Whitney Canada.
