Ivan Murgic

Ivan Murgic is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing residential and commercial properties across Canada. Currently serving as the Director of Residential Property Operations at The Effort Trust Company since April 2016, Ivan manages over 11,000 residential apartment suites across various regions in Ontario. Prior to this role, Ivan held leadership positions such as Director of Operations at MetCap Living Management Inc., overseeing more than 10,700 rental apartments, and Senior Commercial Property Manager at Briarlane Rental Property Management Inc. With a career spanning several decades, Ivan has also contributed to organizations like the Greater Toronto Apartment Association and held key roles in companies like Greenrock Property Management Limited and Greenwin Inc., managing thousands of properties and apartments throughout the region.
