Kim Winslow

Kim Winslow currently serves as the Director of Marketing Trade Promotion at The Emerson Group, a Consumer Products Equity Organization, since September 2018. Prior to this role, Kim gained extensive experience at L'Oréal from April 2000 to June 2018, holding various positions including Strategic Account Manager, where responsibilities included account distribution management across all product categories and achieving daily sales goals with assigned retailers. Additionally, Kim worked as a Retail Merchandising Account Executive, overseeing cross-development projects for multiple consumer product divisions, and served as District Manager, where the focus was on managing and mentoring territory managers and sales representatives. Early career experience included the role of Territory Sales Manager for L'Oreal Paris in the New York Metro region. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
