Philomena Onsongo is a seasoned professional in people operations and human resources with experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Associate Director of People Operations at The END Fund, Philomena has previously held roles such as Associate Director of People Operations and progressed through various recruitment and talent development positions at Namati, Village Enterprise, Akili Dada, and Octopus ICT Solutions.
