Victor Rocha Lopez is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Chef Corporativo Pais and Chef ejecutivo at The Excellence Collection since April 2022, Victor's previous roles include Culinary Director and Operations Trainer at Park Regency Sharm El Sheikh Resort in Egypt and Culinary Director & F.B. Manager at "AMIRSOY" Mountain Resort, where Victor launched the "Alpina Restaurant." Notable achievements include overseeing culinary operations across multiple luxury hotels at Blue Diamond Hotel & Resorts and Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, along with entrepreneurial ventures as the owner and culinary director at two renowned restaurants in the Canary Islands. Victor's earlier experience includes executive chef positions at Viking Cruises and El Corte Inglés, as well as a strong educational background from Escola d'hosteleria San Narcis Girona.
