David Sheen

David Sheen is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Finance & HR at Vestwell since August 2017, Sheen has played a pivotal role in streamlining retirement plan solutions for financial advisers. Before this, Sheen was a Founding Member of The F Suite, a peer community for CFOs, and worked as Principal at Primary Venture Partners where investment strategies in enterprise software and technology sectors were developed. Prior experience includes an Investment Banking Associate role at Morgan Stanley, where IPO preparations and investor relations were managed for high-growth tech firms. With a strong educational background including an MBA from NYU Stern and a Master of Engineering from the University of Cambridge, David Sheen has proven expertise in financial modeling, corporate strategy, and investment analysis.
