Anita Yacono

Anita Yacono currently serves as the Chief Product Owner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since February 2023, where the primary focus is on developing and leading the execution of technology strategies within the Risk Group to enhance risk management. Prior to this role, Anita was the VP of the FedNow Program Management Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from November 2019 to January 2023, overseeing risk, compliance, and program reporting for the FedNow product. With extensive experience at Citi from January 2011 to November 2019, Anita held roles including Director of the Program Management Office, managing a $1B portfolio in technology development, and Senior Vice President, leading large program management initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at Citigroup from June 1998 to January 2011, including Senior Vice President and Senior Business Analyst. Anita holds an MBA in Management and Business Strategy from Rutgers University - Newark and a BA in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
