Randy Hayes

Randy Hayes serves as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, focusing on the development and implementation of the Bank's Information Security Strategy and Cybersecurity Business Engagement. Prior to this role, Randy was the Security Czar at Bridgewater Associates, managing cybersecurity, physical security, and insider threats across the firm. Randy's extensive experience includes leading Booz Allen Hamilton's Predictive Intelligence Services and consulting for Accenture's National Security Services. Early career roles include serving as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen and a Senior Intelligence Analyst at SAIC, building on a solid foundation established during a decade-long tenure as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from The Ohio State University.
