Bill Mrowczynski

Bill Mrowczynski is a seasoned professional in the financial and education sectors, currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Training at The Federal Savings Bank since 2013, where responsibilities include structuring and delivering training on mortgage industry topics and bank compliance. Concurrently, Bill serves as an Adjunct Instructor in Organizational Leadership at both Lewis University and Roosevelt University, focusing on preparing adult learners for leadership challenges. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles in mortgage divisions at various banks, such as Wintrust Mortgage Corporation and Royal Savings Bank, where Bill was instrumental in compliance, operational management, and employee development. Bill holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Benedictine University.
