Faizal D. is an experienced project manager with a strong background in regulatory change and transformation initiatives within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Project Manager in the Change Directorate at the Financial Conduct Authority since May 2024, Faizal previously held similar roles at United Trust Bank Limited, where a programme of regulatory change (Consumer Duty) was successfully delivered. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hampshire Trust Bank, where Faizal led an extensive Anti Money Laundering programme and various transformation projects across multiple divisions.
