Lindsey MacKenzie

Lindsey Mackenzie is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a Recruitment Partner at the Financial Conduct Authority and Robert Walters since April 2022, Mackenzie oversees both contingent and permanent recruitment efforts. Prior experience includes working as a Recruiter for BAE Systems through Alexander Mann Solutions from September 2019 to April 2022, along with a notable tenure at REED from September 2012 to September 2019 as a Senior Executive Consultant and Senior Team Manager.
