Tom Gosling

Tom Gosling is a distinguished academic and professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and executive compensation. Currently serving as a Senior Visiting Fellow at LSE Law School and an Executive Fellow at both London Business School and the European Corporate Governance Institute, Tom also holds roles as Principal at 3XO and as a member of the ESG Advisory Committee for the Financial Conduct Authority. Additionally, involvement with the Financial Reporting Council as an Advisory Board Member and participation in the Purposeful Company Taskforce underscore a commitment to long-term, purposeful business practices. Tom's prior experience includes serving as a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers' UK Reward & Employment Practice and conducting research as a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. Academically, Tom holds a 1st Class honors degree in Mathematics from Durham University and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Bath.
