Ryan Graff has a diverse professional background with significant leadership roles in nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Programs at First Tee since October 2021, Ryan previously held key positions at Florida Blue, including Senior Manager of CSR Evaluation and Research and Senior Program Manager, focusing on community health improvement. Prior experience at The First Tee spanned over 15 years, marked by roles such as Vice President of Program Development & Delivery and Senior Director of Curriculum & Research, dedicated to enhancing the lives of young people. Ryan's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Indiana University Bloomington, participation in a Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership, and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
